**A Vibrant Experience with a Few Reservations** Master Nails has consistently delivered on its promise of quality and service, and our recent visit proved to be a positive one. The salon’s welcoming atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff contribute significantly to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. From the initial greeting to the final polish application, the staff consistently demonstrate a dedication to detail and a genuine desire to please. The focus on customer satisfaction is evident in the attentive service provided, particularly during our time with the nail technician, C.C., who expertly handled our design and ensured a smooth, efficient process. However, our recent experience was marred by a significant lapse in standards. The initial appointment, scheduled for a French tip with extensions and pedicure, quickly deteriorated into a frustrating encounter. The first nail technician, while friendly, failed to adequately listen to our design, resulting in a dismissive attitude and a lack of responsiveness. Subsequently, we were moved to the back, where the pedicure was subpar – the drill set was skipped, extensions were poorly applied, and the cuticle prep was rushed and incomplete, leaving areas uneven and with a noticeable lack of clean edges. The final polish job was sloppy, with uneven thickness on the dip and a noticeable lack of polish application on the sides and the cuticle. While the staff’s genuine efforts to rectify the errors were appreciated, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The inconsistent service, particularly the glaring issues with the pedicure, paints a concerning picture. Despite these challenges, the genuine kindness and positive attitudes of the staff, particularly with our daughter and husband, significantly elevated the overall experience. Master Nails offers a consistently high-quality service and a friendly atmosphere, making it a worthwhile destination for those seeking a truly enjoyable nail experience.
